Capital increase of 45 million Euro should allow Enfinity to become one of the top 5 in the world
Enfinity announces that it will undertake a two-stage capital increase equalling 45 million Euro. This input of fresh capital will allow Enfinity to continue its ambitious growth plans. A solid capital base is thus secured for the development of renewable energy projects, but even more importantly, the recently established Enfinity Power business unit will be able to develop into an independent electricity producer and to generate a new, continuous source of income for the entire group.
